a long stretch of silence

it has been a long still year for me. i have only been taking some down time
and just concentrating on life. I have done a lot of photography this year and
will post a section of some of my work in the coming months. On the sound
front,,,,

i recently had at exhibition at Open Bookstore in Long Beach. As part of the
Soundwalk 2005 Festival. I will be putting up photos and details from this
installation soon.

A field recording of mine was featured on the newest edition of Phonography.org comps put out
but the wonderful andOar label the comp is titled phonography.org #7 more info at
and-oar.org

i have been mastering some of my repetition films to submit for gallery shows for 2006.

And i plan to start recording a 5.1 surround sound album of glass music works to be released on DVD
in 2006 or 2007

a new year, a new website.

hello and welcome to the redesign of my site. i have tried to slimline some of the content and make simple, but retain information that people interested in my work might like to have access to.

2004 was rather busy, i released the "reworks" cd on my own current recordings label, a line of composer designed tshirts, co-released the "thin air" cd by kadet, and spent October touring through out europe with my great friend david brady. i also presented two installation pieces here in the los angeles area.

im not sure what 2005 holds for me, but im sure it will be an adventure regardless of what direction i am taken.

some of my photography has been used on the new phonography.org comp #6. A track of my recordings will be featured on the next issue of the phonography.org #7 due out this year. more info on both comps at

i recently finished a remix for french artist Liquid Sphere for a cd he is putting together of his work remixed by various artists... more info as i know it...

i have two new mp3's available for download on my works page. the first is a remix for shuttle 358 i did last year that was for a cd that ended up not happening. the second is a track of more musical stuff i have been working on titled soft movments.
